While passage of this legislation continues themomentumfor health care reform, the Senate bill itself doesn’t live up to the kind of reform we need. The bill has many positive features, but it falls shortin three key areas:

But... What the US Senate has put together is not good enough. Shoot this bill down and bring a version of the House bill forward using Reconciliation.

It should have been done this way in the first place.
