Nicky Roszel Rowson I'm really dissapointed w/ a response I recieved from this magazine....I renewed my subscription based on a free sports watch...when it didnt show up I emailed them and was told it was on it's way...I finally got something in the mail which was not the watch but a letter saying that there weren't anymore and that they ......were giving me some booklet instead...feels like a bait and switch....I emailed the customer service and they sent some generic response back totally ignoring my inquiry....not happy at all...I wont renew again... :(

Your magazine never fails, i absolutely love reading it every month. Do you have any suggestions for getting out of a work out rut?? So bored with running. Also is it good to take breaks from working out even if im trying to lose the extra 5 lbs??
