I just saw a clip of her on Youtube from a few months ago. Looks like her fitness 'secret' is anorexia nervosa.

Women's Health Kicking your liquid-sugar habit may be the easiest route to a flatter belly!

Around 37 percent of our total daily liquid calories come from sugar-sweetened drinks. And here's the really crazy part: Guzzling those beverages has a bigger impact on our waistlines than anything else we eat.

20lbs in 2 mos?You must had underwent to an extreme dieting(sounds like it)then you just gained it all back due to aggressive approach.Sugar are sugar with some calories, empty calories but that's not the reason you lost & gained all the weight. Most probably is you did some kind of yo-yo dieting then the rebound effect is what happened.Calories are calories whatever angle you look at it.

Honestly I don't use sugar myself(although I consume some simple sugars inevitably:lactose from milk, fructose from fruits, maltose from my starch such as rice, etc)Sugar has different forms but it all register to our body as all calories.I just don't like the concept of condoning certain foods just because it's "fattenning",there no such thing,it's pure BS!Any foods will make you fat if you eat too much than your body can handle.
