I had noticed an increase of Palm Oil in the products that i had been purchasing, but did not know of the devastating effects of the environment as a result of its demand. I applaud the WWF and its efforts and success of conservation. What a shame that people will destroy and have no regards toward saving this planet and the people and animals on it.

At a Yoga Center of California retreat, we did an amazing group prayer Saturday night. Many people made statements asking spirit to move and express in the areas of concern for our planet, the inhabitants of the planet, meeting global warming objectives, protecting the water, air, trees, animals, being caring and loving people. You could and I can ... Read Morestill feel spirit expressing. The retreat was about tuning in with Oneness and then making critical decisions regarding our relationships and careers, for example. Aligning our will with the higher will and then having a back and forth relationship, each supporting the other. May we all experience such an attuned and joyful interaction. Spirit is inside all of us, it is just a matter of being open to the mud being washed off, so we can be attuned to what is already inside us. This is easily done by releasing tension in the body, through yoga postures and then releasing turbulence in the mind, through meditation. If more of us tuned in with our inner self, it would affect the consciousness of the planet. www.mysteries.net has twelve free classes by him, that help with this and twelve years of class, also, www.yogaworld.org and www.spiritualworld.org.

World Wildlife Fund Last month, U.S. Geological Survey researchers flew over a massive herd of walruses on the Arctic shores of Alaska. Days later in the same spot, they captured footage of over 100 dead walruses, mostly young calves. What happened and how you can help? Click below.
