Rachael L. Reeves

Rachael L. Reeves Somethings gotta give with the light at the new Wal-Mart in Grovetown. I nearly got rearended 3 times since it has been up and running.. I believe the speed limit is 55mph(?) and coming around that curb, they don't have much time to slow down if someone is stopped at the red light.. Has there been any reported accidents at the light before?
