Nelson Pavlosky and Brian Rose met while students at Swarthmore College, where they worked together to hone their songwriting skills. By graduation, they had developed a collection of compelling material spanning multiple rock genres. To find a band worthy of recording the material, Nelson and Brian reached way back ...to their high school classmates, recruiting the former ace musicians of Morris Plains and North Brunswick high schools, respectively. Wrong Side of Dawn ultimately entered the studio in December, 2008 to record "Stay Awake," scheduled for release in October, 2009.
