Nelson Pavlosky and Brian Rose met while students at Swarthmore College, where they worked together to hone their songwriting skills. By graduation, they had developed a collection of compelling material spanning multiple rock genres. To find a band worthy of recordin...g the material, Nelson and Brian reached way back to their high school classmates, recruiting the former ace musicians of Morris Plains and North Brunswick high schools, respectively. Wrong Side of Dawn ultimately entered the studio to record "Stay Awake," scheduled for release in early 2010. While the disc looks to be an extremely diverse collection of tracks, all of WSoD's work features the musicianship and unpredictable song structure of progressive rock combined with the immediacy of pop hooks.
