Get the three rings of death, send the xbox 360 back to be repaired? Be prepared to wait a long time to get it back..if it goes smoothly, you are fine. However, if you ever need to talk to support, you are talking to a remote call center in India (which the employees are really patient and kind) but you do not get to find out why the repair status has that it has been shipped and the shipping status says "Shipping information received" and has been in that status for 11 days. They tell you to wait 9 days (they forget to mention business days)...today is the 9th 'business' day. Still says the same thing. I'm afraid it is loss somewhere deep in the heart of Texas because that is where the repair center is and most def. not where the customer support center is located.
