TerraCycle is a recumbent parts and accessories manufacturer based in Southeast Portland. Their newest product is a heavy-duty modification to the Xtracycle Free Radical cargo conversion kit that allows it to be used on a variety of bicycles -- including recumbent trikes.

There aren’t many Xtracycles in the UK, so this should be a local novelty – in fact I’ve not seen any, yet.

The Supermarket Street Sweep is an annual bike race that benefits the San Francisco Food Bank! For the past three years, hundreds of participants have zipped around the city to local supermarkets and brought back thousands of pounds of food to donate to this wonderful charity.
