There is now intense debate about how the pay levels of top executives compare with the compensation given to rank-and-file employees. But, while such comparisons are important, the distribution of pay among top executives also deserves close attention.

I think we can get a good fund by investing our money into the situation where we find yes there is a need for money and only then there would not be a horrible situation where we used to worry abour real estate securitization! :-)

I believe Economic Recovery will not start for atleast 6 years or might be 7 years cuz as banks are goin to be bankrupt day by day i.e.,Town Community Bank and Trust (Illinios),St.Stephan State Bank (Minnesota),Barnes Banking Co.(Utah) got failed on jan 15,2010 and dozens of banks got failed in the past month i.e.,jan and the recent one that failed... See More on jan.29,2010 was American Marine Bank(Washington) and dozens are in the list to be fail in the coming months and cuz of this 2/3 of Americans prediction is right very right and the 28% ppl said Economic Recovery will not start for atleast 5 years...is very much true and i do agree with this survey! I do gotta one question not so personally but just arising in my heart so i want to ask i.e., when this Economic Recovery will begin cuz of banks bankruptcy ppl are losing their jobs and their money as well and what will happen to their future if this thing continues??? And how can we reset the mood??

Economic Recovery will be in slow process or at a snail pace in US and in other developed Market, well exlained in the article...Just to add, that economy expands with real capital goods not with money printing machine. What the efforts US Govt and Federal Reserve is taking is printing more money to solve the proble...How could the remedy and ... See Moredisease be same. The problem arose in the first place because of excess money supply, and again Fes is looking to solve it with another round of excess money supply through easy credit...

If it had worked in the past, it does not mean, it will work now...Different times need different economic solution...So our Economists and Bankers has to come out with really new and innovative solution....
