Please take part in the Bag2FootballMatch by dumping all your old textiles at Hull City football ground, the KC stadium on Saturday 21 November and help raise money for Yorkshire Cancer Research You don’t need to be at the Hull City AFC V West Ham Game to take part, there are special trailers in the car park all day. All we need is 2 carrier bags per person and we hope to raise £10K!

Yorkshire Cancer Research hosted a successful art auction at the Hotel Du Vin in Harrogate on 29th October, raising over £5,000 for the charity. 14 artists donated pieces of their work to be sold in the auction led by Jeremy Hopkinson OBE, of Hopkinsons Estate Agents.
Last minute donations from generous members of the ...public following press coverage of the event added an additional 3 original pieces to the sale. The auctioneer, Jeremy Hopkinson, received an OBE in 2008 for Services to Charity having raised in excess of £1,500,000 for good causes in Yorkshire.
