Must-visit bar in the area. They have all types of beer, but all of them are from Japanese soil, so ...it's a real adventure even for experienced beer aficionados. The food is great too. We had asparagus wrapped in bacon and it was very fresh and properly prepared. Well worth the price. See More

【金木犀の香り、閉じ込めちゃいました】

閉じ込めちゃうおじさんです。
何を閉じ込めちゃうかと言えば長くなってしまうのですが近頃“ビターズ”つくりにハマってます。
（※ビターズとは、お酒などに数滴垂らして香りづけやアクセントを足したりする高濃度エキスのことです）

そんなビターズ作りで最近出来上がったのは秋中頃から作っていた“金木犀ビターズ“がようやく出来上がりました。
ふんわりと甘い香りの金木犀の香りを白ビールに垂らしてみたり
ジントニックやモスコミュールに数滴垂らすだけで秋の儚い金木犀の香りがふんわりと蘇ります。
気軽に湖山まで金木犀カクテルをオーダーください^ ^

ビターズはあれこれと試行錯誤重ねてようやく提供できる段階にきたので今回は季節的にも金木犀からスタートします！

今後色々な香りを閉じ込めたビターズを用いたカクテルなどもご案内していければいいなと思案していますので出来上がり次第お知らせしていきます！
