If you haven’t seen it, my friend Elijah Hixson has written an exceptional blog post examining every single piece of Greek Mss evidence that exists as support for the KJV reading of I John 5:7. Instead of just speaking in generalizations that say things like, “10 manuscripts have it,” an actual examination of those manuscripts, their dates, reading, and provenance, reveal that really none of them is good support for the authenticity of the KJV reading here.
