2 Sundays in a row! TWO, that I got my kids up and dressed and excited to go to the gym, get myself dressed and ready for a workout, and TWICE, that I have had to leave with 2 very upset children and ...a very ticked off mom because the freaking kids club was full because there was not enough staff to accommodate everyone!!!!! But, I'm SURE it is expected of me to make sure the money for the kids club is in my account for them to pull to get paid, but there is no assurance that if I pay, that I get to workout. This place has one of the most expensive kids clubs around, but I came to this gym any way, mainly because of the kids club. Sorely regretting that decision now, and I signed up for a year membership for myself and my husband, HUGE mistake!!!! If you have kids, find another gym, do Not come here for use of the kids club! The one good thing is that it’s never really crowded. The place is big, but yet only one squat rack, no laying leg curl machine, & no donkey calf raise machine. Compared to the Mansfield & Grand Pra...irie locations, it’s definitely in last place. I rarely use this location anymore because I can drive another 15 - 20 min and use the much nicer facilities. Has enough room to get what you need done. The only con I will say is I wish the steam room was turned up a little bit more. Other than that I'm good with this club

Gave it a two because hey it's a gym and they probably all the same. You talk to people and they all have same complaints but you still keep going. If it was a restraunt I wouldn't anymore. This is 3r...d location change I've been to. Sterted at 303/Cooper then Cooper/Arbrook and now this one and I'm still here. See More

clean place, awesome only request is for more benches in the wet area. One bench is not enough. I like to sit after a swim and I hate hogging up that one bench.

My first visit since pool renovation. Due to multiple lower back surgeries, swimming is the only exercise for me. Having just completed surgery #6 this past February, I had been using two other facili...ties. I was very happy to return to Arlington. The pool looks great with new tiling and a GREAT water temperature! Please leave it where it is set!! You are a handful of degrees warmer than the other facilities and it is wonderful. Thanks again!! Pretty clean, most treadmills in good working conditions. Can y'all get some treadmills like the ones they have in Bedford? Restrooms are mostly clean and working.

Toured the gym a few months ago and was told, by Joe, I couldn't have a 3 day pass. Joe, actually took the coupon off a class schedule I took off a stack available to everyone on the counter. So I the representative for my company asking if there were exclusions to the 3 day pass offered on the website. I was told there were no exclusions I should absolutely be able to sign up for one. So I decided yesterday to sign up. I go to the gym activation code in hand. But there was Joe..... He said I couldn't "try out a gym" because since I have previously used a treadmill in my lifetime there was no need to try theirs as I had told him that's was what's I was planning on using yesterday planning. He said he was "in the business of changing lives" and since I couldn't tell him for sure I was going to sign up for a membership that day I didn't need a pass. I got mad and he eventually let me have the pass....but seriously. I will probably still become a member because of the classes and location, but let's make this clear someone needs to help Joe out and teach him some sales techniques other that shaming people. As a long time member , this was the first time I have ever been told that in order to get a towel you must purchase it . The gym was nasty basically due to no one having a towel to clean up after the...m selves ! Germ pit ! Staff at front desk didn't seem to care I was away from home and just trying to get a workout in ( don't travel with gym towels ) . Although I am somewhat satisfied with my normal 24 hr location , I may look to change gyms as to better serve my self when not using my home location . See More

I've been having bad experience the last few weeks there. I'm really growing tired of showing up there, changing in to steam room close only to find out I've wasted my time. Having to leave and go to ...a different 24-hour does not suit my needs. I want this problem to be fixed immediately not with a Band-Aid like you've been doing but with proper equipment that won't break down every 5 minutes. See More

This has to be one of the worst 24's in the metroplex. 4/8 stair steppers are broken, 2 of the cables on the cable machine are broken, and 3 treadmills are out of service. Wish I had two more hands so... I can give this place four thumbs down See More

After having my membership for a year they raised my monthly fee without informing me. Half the equipment is always worn down or broken. Not kept clean ever. Rules are not enforced by the staff most of the staff is friendly. The only reason I still go there is for the sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and pool which is all shut down until mid July for renovations. Terrible value for $31 a month plus a $60 semi annual fee. I do not recommend. Will be switching gyms very soon. See More

Been working out at 24 Hour Fitness for over 4 years. I tried to go to Fitness Connection but it did not work for me. After 4 months of Fitness Connection, I went back to 24 hrs fitness like a cheatin...g spouse asking if can I come back. They let me start back at the same rate with no problems. Also got my husband to come back and he is there every evening. Thanks 24 hrs Fitness. See More
