Completed Barkhorn’s parachute. What’s left to do is “ding” up the 109 with paint chips and some oil streaks. There are a few areas need refining then add the grass and shadows.

The P39 is just about where I want it...just a little fine tuning. Looking forward to finishing the pilot, hmmm!

The P39 Airacobra is starting to take shape. Plenty left to illustrate, including the Vodka bottle, LOL! Cheers!

Has anyone started using virtual reality headsets like Oculus within IL2?

This was another fun project! This may not be totally accurate, (I may have embellished a few parts) but please keep in mind, it is after all my fantasy, LOL! Cheers!

The P40 is almost done. Need to ding her up a little...chip some paint, add oil streaks and bend a few inspection panel corners. The fun part is yet to come. Cheers!

A sneak peak at my next aircraft illustration, minus the aircraft, for now. After roughing out the sketch of the plane I modified an earlier CAD/3D illustration (the beauty of archival software images) for the main character. And yes, I’ve embellished (parts of) the main character...after all it’s my fantasy! LOL! Cheers!

Progress snap shot of Gerhard Barkhorn and his Bf109G-6. With all the commercial work in the pipe line I need to find time to complete the illustration. Slow process.
