take advantage of the opportunities that life gives you. Live life without regrets. Smell the flowers take that walk, call that friend , enjoy life.
..I bought Metal Health on album, when it was released..had to wait in line at the record store to get my copy...I was lucky enough to see Quiet Riot several times through the years...the last time was at the Q&Z . I went to the show with some friends, and we had a ball...Quiet Riot was very good. They were LOUD..maybe the loudest band i ever saw at Q&Z. It was a great evening...i met all the guys after the show..they were all cool...but Frankie was the best, he was more than happy to take pictures, sign autographs, and just with chat fans...he answered questions about songs, and how they recorded this or that...told us some funny road stories...and mostly just smiled and laughed. He was genuine good guy in Rock music, and a powerful kick ass drummer...he will be missed, and im so glad I have this picture. RIP FRANKIE
