The food has been on a steady decline for some time now. Most recently, my girlfriend ordered a seitan parm hero and when she got home, we found an inedible, bu...rnt (and somehow mushy?) mess. We called the place and spoke to the owner who started yelling about how he cooks the seitan. He then told us that "he doesn't give a s**t. Don't come back." Needless to say, we won't. I love that they have a full vegan menu, along with tons of delicious vegan desserts. I had the mozzarella sticks, eggplant rollatini entree, cannoli, and stra...wberry white chocolate cheesecake, all of which were delicious! I love that they have whole wheat and gluten-free pizza and pasta options. I had to order some to-go items, too, one of which was the eggplant parm pizza, which was delicious as well! It's great that they also have a regular menu, so it's perfect for everyone! I wish it wasn't all the way out in Long Island, otherwise I'd be able to make more trips! عرض المزيد

I have been dairy free 2 two years and have been craving my old foods I loved. This place blew me away with how good the vegan menu was!!! Fried Mac n cheese, c...hicken wings, penne a la vodka, and PIZZA all phenomenal would recommend this restaurant to vegan and non vegan friends was an all around great experience!!!!! �� عرض المزيد

Will update if I ever get my pizzas. Ordered three weeks ago and they haven't shipped nor will anyone answer the messages I've sent them. I do understand that t...hey're giving away free pizzas at just the cost of shipping and are probably in over their heads but they could at least put something here or on their website noting that they are behind on orders instead of completely ignoring everyone. Anyhow I hope they get to me eventually and are good so I can change this to five stars. I'm waiting till later today and if they don't ship filing a complaint with PayPal which I was really not planning on doing but I spent close to eighty dollars on their website and nobody will even respond to me. عرض المزيد

Just filed a claim through PayPal. I ordered pizza from your online store on 1/29 and my order was marked as "shipped" on 2/4. Yet the package was never actually shipped... tracking still just says that the label has been created. I also don't get a response to any of my emails.

Not sure what happened today but have always loved 3 Brothers. Most of the reason why is because their portions make the pricing seem okay. Today everything w...e ordered were in much smaller portions. Normally when I would have leftovers for lunch I am finishing easily. $15 for Chicken Parmesan and got two tiny pieces of chicken and same goes with the penne that comes with.

When it comes to taste I have to say it is one of the best around. Even with the smaller portions this time around I can't give below three stars.

Really hoping this was a fluke and the next time it goes back to normal otherwise we'll just find another place to order from. Considering we order at least once a week this was really disappointing. I'll post the pic of the order of chicken parmesan I got for reference.

**Almost forgot... we didn't even get a little bread this around. They have always given a little side of bread with the entree orders just as every other Italian place does. You know for the dipping in the sauce... not this time. Really really disappointing.

This is just based on what I ordered... my gf has her own complaints about her order but I'll leave that alone for now. عرض المزيد

i placed an order online with this company over a month ago. they charged me and never sent my order. i NEVER write bad reviews like this but the manager of the... copaigue location just hung up on me. i love this restaurant but this behavior is insane. i have called multiple times. emailed multiple times. ive written here, and NOTHING عرض المزيد

I'm gluten free and dairy free due to allergies and sensitivity. I'm also vegetarian by choice. Three Brothers Pizza is all about choices-a lot of them! My husb...and, who has no restrictions, was able to enjoy some fine pizza that he really enjoyed. I had vegan chicken wings that are also gluten free! I went today for the first time and the vegan vegetable lasagna was amazing, even my non-vegan friends thought the food was great, full of flavor and freshness. Portions were good sizes. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing! Anything you order is delicious. One of the few places where everyone of my friends can eat, wether they have a gluten allergy, are vegan, or even eat normal pizza ❤️

Great vegan menu, super friendly staff! I got the vegan buffalo wings, vegan bacon cheese burger, and vegan rocky road cheesecake. All delicious, and they're kid friendly!
