Leszek Szczepański joined Guerrilla Games as a gameplay programmer to help create Horizon Zero Dawn and finish Killzone: Shadow Fall for PlayStation 4.

After a decade of making first-person shooters, Guerrilla Games has undertaken a task to create an open-world action role playing game. The large, open-world nature of Horizon Zero Dawn required massive changes to the technology, tools, and used methodologies.
