USDA Inspected Process vs. USDA Inspected Facility:
For our custom bulk beef option, we offer the extra service of USDA Inspected Process for your beef. ALL FACILITIES are USDA inspected and require inspection certificates for meat processing; as a beef producer we have the option to choose from ANY of these facilities. We choose to use a facility with an ON-SITE USDA INSPECTOR for your process. Your beast is under USDA guidelines from hoof to box. Your packages will bear the USDA stamp with the cut name & weight and our name & number for your reference.
