- "Our investigation further revealed that BPD officers unlawfully det...ain persons for extended periods of time—sometimes for at least several hours—without probable cause. These detentions constitute arrests and violate the Fourth Amendment. BPD does not process these detentions as arrests; instead officers use them to: (1) detain and question people suspected of crimes in hopes of uncovering evidence supporting an arrest; and (2) facilitate custodial interrogations of witnesses or other people with knowledge of suspected crimes. Neither purpose vitiates the requirement that officers must have probable cause to exceed the constitutional limits on investigative detentions." Hey...still doing this? I hope not. - That is such a good idea to build bonds with the youth while they ar...e children. Did anyone see MAD CITY? Wasn't that filmed in one of the museums here? This jewish Italian relayer has been trying to make people mad and especially he seems to really like seeing women get angry to ease his unresolved conflict with wanting to identify with his father who left his mom at that time, making mom crazy, I guess. Well, they would not let Orson Wells play War of the Worlds twice, but with this sneaky microwave technology that nearly everyone denies is even there, this relayer gets to drive SW nuts 24/7. for 20 years. Did you hear this one....I can not say because then they will say that I am wishing for what they are wishing to do, which is not true. I am reporting. My wish is that they will be arrested for instigating problems in this area. Did Baltimore have anything to do with Dustin's losses? I hope not, but we sure are paying for this for 20 years by way of aggravation. Was this how grown up men handled problems years ago? Maybe, she just could not take anymore and ran away? What is most disturbing is that they make innocent others pay for what their older friend demon associates probably did. I do not have anyone of "my guys to send". All the people I knew were pretty much not doing evil. Thanks God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to release my son from their chaos and deprivation. Thanks God that Judy gives him $7 a day so that he can buy a steak sub. What happened to his disabililty check? Did the priest take this? Did Fred or Judy take this? I am not wishing just reporting. I wish that ssa will find out if someone is doing his check and give him retro active any missing checks that they may have stolen from him if that was true? Thanks God for helping him find a home of his very own, please, I wish for his prosperity, given all the skills he has. May the peace of the Lord be on his house in the countryside of NC or TN. I thank you in the name of Jesus. Thanks God for letting me get a car to visit my son! I believe that the angels are preparing a home for him in NC where he likes his home to be where he can live there for decades with no more fear of want or homelessness. In fact, just for a little motivation if there are lots of fictitious "Dorothy Ransoms" which ed myers cunningly created 20 years ago, if there are post men or neighbors or anyone using my name to get over on me to take from me, please dear lord prosecute security, people in positions of trust, lawyers, people who are friends of ed myers, judy carney (isn't she using my name? to commit crimes?) fred Degenero, people in their walks of life, please punish them for having their debts eased with no regard to our needs ever in 28 years. What a treatise to the immoral Americans! See More
