Perfect place for all. Super friendly and open staff, good and well priced food. Best game Cafe I have ever been to. Staff are willing to help out and find you someone to game with if you want to game.... Very informed and up to date on table top games. Lots of space if you want to game. Lots of awesome game scenery for table top games that you can use. I wish every city and town had a game store/ cafe like this. See More

Very friendly, welcoming & fun staff. Reasonably priced drinks & no charge for gaming tables. They run friendly and casual campaigns too, love it!

Spent a wonderful afternoon here learning to play magic and now I'm hooked! Despite being a little nervous to enter ( never played before) I was instantly made to feel at home and spent the next hour ...laughing away as I learned. Can't wait to come back! See More

6's is great, very reasonable cafe, competitive pricing across all games and plenty of space to play or work on miniatures. Also, unlike some shops the staff actually play the games so know what the h...ell they're talking about instead of just quoting rule books.

Drop in and have a coffee/cake or some lunch, even if you're not a gamer the cafe alone is worth a visit.

Great laid back space with lots of friendly staff and regulars. It's got me back into the hobby and i seem to learn a new painting and modelling tip every time i go in. Even if you're not a gamer the is more than reasonably priced and a chilled place to take a break. See More

Originally had a worse review here, but I was contacted by the owner of the store Kenny who wanted more information on my experiences and what was wrong. I was invited to return and to give the store ...a second chance, which I did. A very different experience the second time around, with Wayne teaching me the basics of the game as well as painting tips. See More

Great place full of nice people (gamers and staff alike). Cafe is great! Love the cakes and the paninis!
Love to come during the "Kids Demo Day" where all is geared towards helping kids into the hobby... and showing them new games and helping them paint.
Do come! even if you are not a wargamer :P

This place was awesome! Came to town for Hogmanay and enjoyed the place while the wife was shopping. Wish I had a place like this in my home town.

Nice cup of tea, lovely brownie and a gaming cafe. Can't ask for any more than that. Except the prices are reasonable and Tyler was great to talk to. It's definitely one to visit in Edinburgh.

Good food, better cakes, good gaming facilities and enough backseat rules lawyers to keep every game different.

Prices on models are great as well

Amazing place, come here a lot with my son. Very friendly and relaxed. Excellent stock. The cafe is great, so much so my non gamer wife has started to come with us too. Well worth a visit

I enjoyed my visit very much yesterday. The coffee and cake were reasonably priced, and we had a good conversation about gaming with the staff member. I would argue that this might be an excellent mod...el to follow for gaming and model shops, most of which seem to be under intolerable pressure from the internet. Social interaction is the essence of our hobby therefore places like 6s2Hit are oases for gamers. See More

Place is often untidy, impossible to tell who is staff and who is just hanging around. Frequently have to wait 5 or more minutes at a time to actually buy something from the meagre stock. Must do better.

A fantastic shop and community. Having a great cafe on site also meant that gamers can snack when they need to. Kenny and the team can be relied on to provide a professional service. I would definit...ely attend again. See More

6s2Hit is a must visit for gamers in Scotland. They have a shop with a wide range of stock with good discounts as well as gaming tables with plenty of terrain available.
