I'm a chef and as such, I'm in the service business, and so it takes one to... know one when good service is given.
I came here when my computer suddenly stopped working. Liquid spilled on it while it was in the kitchen. I was in a desperate situation because I had a soft opening for my restaurant in a few days and all my menus were yet to be printed :-o But these guys had my back. Within 30 minutes, they had me fixed up with a loaner. I went to Foot Locker, which is right next door, and I was back up and running quickly with MY hard drive in a loaner machine.
Now for the bad news: the laptop was so badly damaged that it was advised that I don't fix it. But I had paid over $3K for this machine and I don't want to chuck all that away. I asked We Fix Macs to think of alternative ideas. We decided that we would wait for a good deal on some used parts and fix it that way.
More than 3 months went by and I had not heard from them. I was getting angry thinking they had forgotten me. But I still had their loaner so maybe no but still, c'mon...
Finally, my ordeal was over when a good deal showed up, my laptop had some replacement parts that were not water damaged put in and I finally got my baby back. In the meantime, my restaurant opened, we had reviews and all along my trusty Mac was by my side in the kitchen (thank you Steve Jobs!).
Maybe I should have kept the loaner - LOL!!
I want to recommend this company for working outside the box. The repair was pricey but they worked with me financially by giving me time to pay- I have found that when you need help, all you have to do is ask.

This company is my go-to place for everything Mac related. Excellent customer service, easy access f...rom either freeway (no need to wade through the traffic of downtown Palo Alto) & to top it off, I met the owner and he actually sat with me for 20 minutes fixing things I didn't even know could be fixed via software when I thought I had a hardware issue. I recommend these guys to anybody, anywhere. Wish they had a location in the East Bay nearer to my house- LOL! See More
Brought in my wife's iPhone 5 because she dropped it- first time in 4 iPhones that we had a dropped ...iPhone in our family. These guys fixed it for me the same day. Fast, courteous service and the guys behind the counter even hooked me up (for free) with an iPhone case they had so this would not happen again!

800 We Fix Macs posted an offer.
Apple has quietly released iTunes 12.6.3, which (unlike iTunes 12.6.2) works w/ iOS 11 & restores the ability to sync Apps to your iPhone & iPad. It can be installed over iTunes 12.7, which is the 1st time we've seen a lower revision of iTunes displace a newer version
