Wanted to do this little #AmericanDad flip for a while. Pretty sure I'm not the only one who thought of this tho... Partially inspired by awesome work of Marks Of The Beast https://www.instagram.com/marksofthebeast/
Special shout out to my man Bei Ru and all Armenian Americans making moves!
April Fools' Day this year brought a nice surprise in the form of wide spread news about fictitious collaborative album between Flying Lotus and MF Doom titled "Mask Of The North Star" and set to release in May.
It all started with FACT Magazine posting a slightly edited version of my "Villain" illustration (which of course I didn't approve) as the cover art for future LP along with complete tracklist consisting of suspicious track titles such as "Sloppy Giuseppe" and "Balone...y".
A few major and well respected music oriented sites responded with similar posts that included the same cover art and tracklist, making it look even more serious. Even FlyLo himself added fuel to the fire by tweeting "North Star"...
Despite the fact that it was just a joke, it was fun seeing my artwork floating all around the internet. All I got from this is a few followers here and there. So far so good.
I seem to update my Instagram page more often than any of my other social network accounts... Follow @eightysixera to keep up to date with my current work, sneak peeks, random sketches and more – http://instagram.com/eightysixera

5" × 7" two-color risograph prints with a nice backdrop of banana leaves....
It's not the first time I collaborated with John – previously we joined our forces on "The Best by Any Test" t-shirts for his independent reggae-inspired brand Selector! (www.riddimselector.com) in 2013.
Thank you John & Benjie for making this possible!
