Stayed here last dec 17, 2017.. price for a room is 3,825 a night.. i checked in evening already.. i was asking for a room with a mini fridge for a Christmas ham i bought, they said the cheaper room (...w/c i think isn't cheap for almost 3k) has no ref in it so i agreed for the more expensive one. but they said bed is twin and not double. so i just agreed on the twin room. upon entering the room, i noticed the bed is kinda small, the room is DIMLY/POORLY lit, i have to manually plug in the ref.. too few channels on the tv and grainy.. no electric kettle and complementary coffee/tee just like in the other hotels with the same price or even quite cheaper that that. when i entered the room, i want to back out or request another room but my card has been swiped already and i am too tired to talk or move to another room.. then the next day when i was about to shower, alas, no hot water.. i mean for that price?? i'm not asking for too much, i'm just expecting that they provide the facility worth of the price paid..

for the staff, they were really nice.. no problem as well with the breakfast (pancake house).. parking is great.

Oh M G! I dont want to recomend this hotel to anyone, I and my team experience that they have poor service. The bedsheet that they offer to guests seems like your using an old, faded floral and its lo...ok so annoying, poor lightning, old and the color of towels are so dark and over used. See More

Actually the place is okay.. But when we got there. We didn't experienced any wave. They say that it is only operational during weekends. So, kind of sad experience for us..

Actually the pool area esp the wave pool is great. There are lot of activities for the kids to enjoy. To improve your service and facilties first you need to put electric fans in some cottages esp dur...ing summer and add more cottages with a gate so that they can lock it esp if the whole family wants to go to the pool area. You need to train your staffs esp the lifeguards. See More

Still the cleanest, well maintained resorts even after 19 years of serving the people of Bulacan and nearby areas. The staff are courteous and attentive. I'm glad it has modified some of its busine...ss policies in order to reach out to more clients yet still giving the same top of the line service. More and more people come to enjoy it and come back over and over again. See More

I love this place so clean all over the place. One of the best among the bests in Bulacan area. My family enjoyed the visit even just a day tour for we tried to book overnight but no chance bec maybe... it's peak season..one thing i don't like is that you have no cart for our baggage ...so hard to bring those to our rental cottage esp. if it so far fr the gate.
The dancers performers were all good and i was amazed to the fire performing act of the dancers. Para kang nasa bora. Thanks for clean and tidy resorts make it more cleanest and outstanding for the passing yrs!!!
