Okay, so you people claim to provide such convenience and cost friendly services. You recommend them to all.
As a media professional I would just ...like to bring it to your notice that you guys should reconsider your HR team in the Noida/Delhi office.
They are highly unprofessional and rude
Feels like are leeching on to your brand name.
There would definitely be people who would be sincere however, the woman are absolutely thankless and haughty about their sphere of operations.
All I would tell with an amazing experience like this ( from your representatives ) is that this venture seems quite worthless owing to the very initiators not in tandem with the brand values.

91Springboard provides good services in Delhi; however in Mumbai? Their staff is just pathetic and downright arrogant. I only had the option to call in once or twice to arrange for a free trial, and u...pon hearing that I was not opting for the priciest plan they had on the tab (the private cabin plan), the person on the other end (no idea whoever that was, but he was very, very arrogant) started talking in a condescending manner.
Management guys, please pay attention to your Turbhe group. There are some people there who need to realize that a customer is worth being nice to, after all.
I will certainly visit 91Springboard's other branches, but Turbhe branch is a big NO.

TLDR: Don't ask for the free trial; if you call regarding that, you will be treated like shit. See More

The worst service, unprofessional team, worst communication with clients and within themselves. Please fix your internal systems. They charge you for the place if you have not used their service and e...ven after disconnecting your internet they will ask you for money. If you say, you can't pay, then they will tell you that they will deduct from the security deposit. You can't have any worst service than this. Please beware. It is a very nice place for anyone to work there. I love the ambiance and colorful interior of the hub. You will get to connect with a lot of start-ups or started up guys here.
