The long-range forecasts (December-February) show above-average temperatures and near-normal precipitation for our area. What does this mean for our chances of seeing winter weather? NOTHING. Historically, even when we see warmer overall temperatures, we often see blasts of winter weather and cold that bring significant impacts to our area.
