They do not offer any move vaulable service than a atm...what a waste. They made a big deal when i wanted to do an electronic transfer to my Sons savings account...they had a big form to fill out when... i know for a fact all you really need is the account number and routing number. They want to know the bank address. They didnt offer to even look it up there were no other customers. I guess they only know how to do transfers when people are sending money back home to Mexico. Went to another bank easy peasy. Most recently i went to cash a check mot deposite it. What did they do...they did a deposite then a withdraw...I have 44 times that amount in my account...So why Bother:( See More

The service here is remarkable, and it's great to bank someplace where you're not just another account number. The entire staff gets to know you, and remembers you by name the way banks used to. Also,... when my wallet was stolen, they were the only bank I used, out of 3 at the time, that took care of fraudulent charges on my account and ordered a new card for me without hassles or delays!
