"I’ve been using a X-Sight 5-20 for over a year now. The learning curve was the hardest thing about it. I did dig into the features and how to use all of them after the first time out with it and it made a world of difference once they were learned. The ONLY thing I didn’t like on the unit was the focus knob and they listened and heard complaints and have fixed... it on the new 4K units (which cannot be released soon enough)
I’ve not had an issue with the units and not had to call customer service. So no comments on that part. I’m a pretty firm believer in this company now and I couldn’t see myself switching from ATN."

Fast forward 36hrs later.. No item has arrived, no shipping email etc. So I call them up to ask about my order status.
"Nick" is whom I am speaking to. He starts off great. "Yes, we have your order. We have plenty of those". Your order will be processed in a couple days..... what!?! Ok, I would like a refund of my overnight shipping charge then.
He proceeds to tell me. "The shipping cost is the cost FedEx charges". I said. I am aware of that. However, you guys failed to deliver me an in stock item overnight.
We go round and round about how the world of shipping works.. He really was starting to get condescend
