The @awm_women ladies @refilwematenche @phindileyende_llale @lungelwamkhuzo @xilurivo and other volunteers giving back at the AWM Grass Roots Market experience
⭐️ The organisation collects unwanted goods from professionals (men & women), sell them at next to nothing to women and children at Grass Roots to cultivate their entrepreneurial, business and negotiation skills.
One of our favourite stories were five young boys who bought a box of toys (those that come with Happy Meals) for R10 to resell to their friends for R1! Talk about true entrepreneurial spirit! Who would have thought those happy meal toys mean something to someone out there from a monetary perspective?
