Do you watch TV while you eat your meals at home? I admit, I do it a lot, but try doing something else instead! A hobby, game or activity.
Most of the time when I eat and watch TV all of a sudden my food is gone and I don't really remember eating it...which typically means I have ate more than I need to.
For dinner tonight, try engaging with an activity while you eat that requires the use of your hands. This will help you slow down as you take bites between your activity and taking bites.

Slow down! Eating too fast doesn't allow for your body to recognize you are hungry. Then you end up stuffed and tired.
If I don't pay attention, I eat way too fast and that's because I want to get back to what I was working on before I sat down to eat. Then what happens? I end up tired and stuffed from overeating which makes me super unproductive. You too?
