Tell people what you think

The service at the Southlands facility was just fine. They even provided disk with my MRI data. I thought how wonderful. I then tried to access it on my Mac and found out they think everyone uses a ...PC. Guess what HealthImaging the world has moved on. Many people do not use PCs, they use Mac's, tablets, phones, Chromebooks, etc. I immediately went to the contact link on their website and sent an email asking them how I can access this disk from a Mac. That was over a month ago and still no answer. I've sent additional emails during this period that have also been missed, or most likely ignored. Perhaps someone will notice this review.
This is the problem when we patients become commodities our insurance companies are selling to these other service providers. We are ignored.
