So, got to do something a little different this weekend. Met up with Carlos G Photography and did a May and April Parker Spider suit shoot. This was one of those magical moments where the wind was just right to get the hair flying. Really love this one!

Winston is finally home. His 3200 miles journey is at an end. He is going to be assembled for the last time tomorrow and will guard the halls here until heroes are once again needed in the world.

It's been 2 weeks now since Blizzcon and I want to show you guys something. This is the firing/reload animation for Winston's gun that no one ever got to see. Over the course of 1600 miles, one of my common power or ground wires inside his gun came unsoldered. Poof! No LEDs, servo, or gear motor.

Sometimes, things happen that you won't be able to fix. I learned a lot working with his electronics this year. Even if this didn't make it to the convention, I still wanted to share it with you.

Believe in yourselves, folks; you can do amazing things.

First day back and already missing Blizzcon! It was truly a great year! A big congrats to Papa Cosplay for winning the contest this year. I had the chance to see his work before the cosplay panel on day 2 and was absolutely floored by his craftsmanship.

Hi everybody! Long time, no post! We are getting close to Blizzcon; actually, we're leaving next weekend for the trek out to California. Winston is pretty much done (need to install my cooling system inside) so figured I would share a small mobility test with you guys!

Still making progress! Winston's bracers and shoulders have been an interesting problem to solve but we're getting there. Hoping to start his jumper pack later today or tomorrow!

Made some progress this weekend on Winston's armor. I'm really pleased by how the back turned out. His jumper pack will be connected to his upper back later since it needs to be removable for transport.

It's my birthday! Or really (as some of you might remember) OUR birthday. I'm lucky enough to work one building over from my twin sister. So, happy birthday to her!
