I chanced upon Agriframes at the Chelsea Flower Show in London four years ago and since then I have bought several products from them.

I have a small patio back garden and a long narrow front garden... that is eleven metres in length and one and a half metres wide. Both garden spaces were planted in 2012 with Old, English and Tea shrub and climbing roses, wisterias, clematis, honeysuckles and two ornamental cherry trees and I wanted to make the garden space look more aesthetically pleasing with some features that would also act as supports for the many climbing roses and other climbers growing there. I chose to buy from Agriframes because of their beautiful products, design and build quality and excellent customer service.

To date, Agriframes have made and installed a bespoke 3m high Monet Arch in the patio garden and a bespoke 2m high and 70cm diameter Obelisk, two 3m high bespoke screens and a Classic Obelisk in the front garden to act as garden features as well as supports for the climbing roses, wisterias and honeysuckles. As I am into green gardening, I also bought and installed two of their wall mounted water butts (100litre capacity) in the front garden. Next I am planning to buy a custom made Giverny Arbour to install over the front entrance doorway as a final feature to provide support and growing space for the climbing tea roses planted in that area.

I have also bought various other garden and storage products from Agriframes. The products are well made, durable, aesthetically pleasing and good value for money. I have also received excellent service from the friendly staff and from those who came to install the products. Hence, based on that good experience, I am more than happy to recommend Agriframes and their beautiful products to others out there because I know you will not be disappointed.

I have been delighted by both the products and the service from Agriframes. I have a small garden so every item is important. Two years ago I purchased, amongst other things, a Pyramid Frame for my Ru...nner Beans. It is of excellent build quality and whilst sturdy in place it is also easy to move at the end of the year for crop rotation. Last year our garden was featured in the Village "open Gardens" week end and we had 326 visitors - many of whom commented favourably on the product. Thanks for helping make my garden a success. Just received the 2 Tricorn Obelisks, item number 31252 at just over £130. As happened the last time I ordered something of this type the screws supplied are to big for the fixing holes. I have all th...e right tools but have ended up chewing the heads off the screws & I am now left with a useless heap of metal. You would think the manufacturers of these products would make sure they are made to be assembled. Now I will have to wait till Monday for Agriframes to give me their default apology & wait to hear their solution, that's if they have one without this rubbish being returned. See More

Three professional landscapers were unable to assemble your Sussex Bower in my clients garden and wasted 2 days trying to to so. They spent many weeks trying to negotiate a refund for this item and yo...u have only agreed to give them a small fraction of the price they paid for it on the basis that it was 'used'! Your assurances on your website do not bear out and your customer service is very poor. See More

Excellent service (as always) - Placed my order late in the afternoon and it arrived two days later.
The planters look great on my patio - I can't wait to get the allotment up & running so that I can... order some polytunnels in the Spring. See More

A Grower Frame was delivered last Saturday minus any bits to link the tubes together, pegs to anchor it or instructions. Despite 2 emails and 1 phone call made by me where the chap promised that someo...ne would call me back, I have heard nothing. So I'm left £50 out of pocket with some useless metal tubes. Customer Service? I think not! What really annoys me is the hectoring tone of the delivery note, insisting that you contact them immediately if anything is missing. I did... And to add insult to injury, I've just received an email from them with a Bank Holiday offer. Really?? See More

The twin pack tool racks arrived safely and quickly. It was easy for them to be fixed inside my shed. I am very pleased with them and how tidy my shed looks.

Flimsy, penny pinching designs which are way over price. Do yourself a favour and build yourself some frames using bamboo canes and some string - it'll be more attractive and more sturdy than these of...ferings - and you won't be ripped off. See More

We were interested to hear that Monty Don's tulip trials suggest December is the ideal time to plant and even January is not too late - which may be just as well! Are you still planting bulbs?

Brightening up this Monday morning with memories of Summer - plant bare root roses now, before the ground freezes, and they will establish really well in time for a flourish next summer - they look especially effective planted over an arch or pergola
