Had us on the waiting list for a 50amp, and they came through in a big way. Brand new spot in the brand new section, just completed the day we arrived, electric meter at all zeros! This was a big long... level gravel pull through. 36' motorhome with tow dolly attached AND our subcompact toad all fit. Great composite deck, privacy fence, brick lamp posts with nice lighting at the site, brand shiny new three burner propane grill WITH propane, nice bistro patio set w/2 chairs and the cutest chimnea fireplace. Brand new plantings and no grass yet. Each of these new sites look to be different in terms of furniture and some have fire tables as opposed to the chimnea. Laundry worked well $1.50 washer and $1.25 dryer. Dog park was small, but near our site and the thin layer of wood chips on the ground helped with mud and dust. Power and sewer worked great, water was hard but tasted good. Internet was very good for a campground, little trouble getting online, but not enough bandwidth to stream Netflix. A little construction noise during the day as there are more of these sites being completed, but quiet enough at night. Mountains in the background are nice too. All in all, a pretty great little park in a good location for attractions. See More

Kelly and Sandy have worked hard to make this park a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in site #1 which is close it the office, restroom, and pet park.
The women's bathrooms and showers have renovated and very nice and super clean. The men's showers and restroom are been upgraded bit they are still nice.
The dog park is well shaded and has benches.
The park is quiet and all the site are well kept.
We will definitely be staying here again.

We loved this park. The workers are so friendly and helpful. The spots were a good size, we have 36 ft class A with a toad. Easy in and out. The boys loved the doggie yard. Very clean and pretty. Hope... to come back here. See More

I liked the park. Typical KOA. But it was 85 degrees out, we drove all day and the pool was empty! WTF? #SAD

We got one of the cabins. The owners were just nice people, and, believe it or not, the souvenir shop was full of cool stuff at good prices.

We are on a month to month bases here. This is the very best place to stay if you are in Southern New Mexico. Worm in the winter hot in the summer, you can not beat that. The owners are GREAT. If you ...get a chance please come stay here for a day or longer. See More
