I went with a law firm first. big mistake ..I had not heard of allsup at the time. my lawyer let me know that I was on the back burner cause they were working on cases going to court and didn't have t...ime to answer my questions .and wouldn't for a while. I knew then I was in trouble.thankfully my brother in law told me about allsup .they took over and my work was done .only thing I did was let them know anytime I went for any kind of medical treatment . I have a unique story on how much I had to pay .I am blessed to say I got my benefits in around nine months .thanks to my allsup and their great team. everyone treated you like family. don't think twice about using them thank God for them See More

Allsup was with me all the way. They helped me and was on the phone with me when I had to talk to SSDI in my home state. Sure, there was a lot of paper work but it was well worth it. Allsup does no...t make the decision whether or not you get SSDI, they are there to help you with all the forms. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. See More

Thank you Allsup. I was too sick, and trying to get medical attention to deal with getting my SSDI. I can't thank you enough for helping me wade through the application process, gather all the I needed and taking care of so much I would have missed. Though my health is still deteriorating, I can't thank you enough for your kindness. I had my SSDI in 6 months. Worth every penny. See More

They could not have been more wonderful and helped me navigate the insane amount of paperwork with thoughtful, caring answers to my questions. They helped me get approved far faster, than if I had don...e it on my own. Definitely use this company to apply. Thank you Regina Carlton for your assistance and knowledge. See More

Very unhappy and disappointed. I have hearing in 2 days and finally found out 1.5 years of records were missing. I :-) to scramble to find a ride to get Records, pay for them and fax them. Cost was a...lmost $90.00 total. Why am I paying them $6000.00 for if I win. I have a new rep and I like her. She is confident. I wish I had used another company although. See More

If your private disability insurance retains Allsup for you, Allsup's facebook messenger support should be your first point of contact for very direct and complete answers. They went out of their way... to accommodate me during a very difficult time while my LTD insurance stuttered and talked around my questions. See More

I can't say enough good things about this company! They did everything. Paperwork, filing, phone calls, follow ups, etc. If it wasn't for Allsup, I would've given up long ago.

Allsup helped my wife get her SSDI benefits and the attorney they selected to represent her at the hearing did a great job.

I am waiting for my appeal which is coming up in May, and have had Allsup represent me from the beginning 29 months now. I have had nothing but a "Positive friendly, professional experience with the...m". They even assigned a local "Attorney" to my case for the hearing. It has been a very long wait, but that is due to the backlog in the courts, not Allsups fault. I hear from them by email about every 60 days, to update me on progress and just to let me know that they are there in the backround doing a great job!! See More

I am concerned this time around. They did in fact help me back in 2008 and two of my referrals obtain their SSDI. However, now when I refer my son, we get two different people calling and asking the... same questions even when we have given them an answer. Its very very stressful, especially when you have answered the same question twice. It did not use to be this way and now this is my son who is really in dire straights in the middle of nowwhere with no help 2000 miles away from me . I have a power of attorney for him . He is suffering greatly and I am beginning to think we would have done better if we had just gotten a local attorney and been done with it.. They have a good attitude when they call, but we just want it settled. Now I read where one gal has been waiting 29 months. My gosh the average used to be bout 5 to 8 .. What happened? See More

DO NOT USE ALLSUP!!! I will NEVER refer ANYONE to Allsup. I was denied 2 times. Then went to my hearing. They discussed everything about my physical impairment to work nothing about me being bipolar w...ith severe depression, severe anxiety, OCD, ADD and the fact that I was hospitalized for being suicidal. I received from social security my denial from my hearing. NOTHING from Allsup. I called them and asked what do we do now and their response was we are closing your case!! That I only had a 1% chance of winning now. They told me I could file an appeal. I went deeper into depression and realized I needed to act ASAP. I go to file my appeal only to find out that I think I had to file a civil action. And that it has to be hand delivered. Guess what??!!! Not enough time to do this. I can't believe that they drug me along for over 3 years promising me I would win. Thanks for nothing!!! Can anyone tell me where I'm suppose to go from here!!!!??!!! TIA See More

Having had RSD/CRPS for the past 19 years which went full body with in my first year of diagnoses, in the past 11 years this monster has infuriated my brain, which is from my understanding is quite, six years ago my RSD/CRPS infiltrated my large colon and killed it. It had to be completely removed. To live as a women in her early 40's at the time with an illostomy bag is so increadably embarrassing and filled with humiliation. My next site of infusion is in my mouth. What does all this mean? What does this fell like? Someone I love and respect greatly said to me Barb you need to make it real for people to understand what our disease is. So here it goes, first you are hit with not a blow torch, but a flame thrower all over your body it doesn't stop, then you're dipped into a bed of red fire ants. This is just the out side of your body and skin, for me seeing the man in the circus swallow a burning stick or sword but somehow he doesn't get burned, for me the burn you would think he or she would feel is exactly what I feel 24/7. I thank G-D have been granted the gift of having four amazing daughters ranging from age 24 to 14. My greatest gift has been my best friend, my love, my husband, the father of my beautiful daughters. How Allsup plays into this scereno is now after treatments and thank-G-D research, my illostomy has been able to be reversed by a brilliant seurgeon, my 19 th anniversary of the marriage to the love of my life is this Saturday. People often ask me how I stay so positive about my disease and go thru the daily pain. My one and only answere is my faith in G -D. With the help of companies such as Allsup and G-D's direction, may we find a cure! See More

Allsup represented me in aquiring my disability. They did an excellent job in supporting me and took care of everything!!!! I could not ask for better representation and such sincere politeness than w...hat they had given me with their service. When I was at first denied, they believed in me and my disabilties. They assured me that they believed I would definetely receive my benefits and they were very fast and active in getting me approved. I would definetely refer anyone who is unable to perform their working duties or live life in the fashion they had been used to living. Thank You so very much for all you did for me. This appreciation is very long past due, since I have now been totally disabled for five years!! Thank you again! See More

Please people do not get involved with allsup! Allsup is a complete joke ! My case workers name is joslynn who does not carry herself in a professional manner does not return her phone calls and is plain rude.
They act like you work for them!
Knowing you need your disability and thinking they are helping you! they treat you as " hey im helping you" even tho they get a percentage of your claim so you need to just chill.
ask yourself why they say they get 97 percent approval we all no how hard disability is to get!
Here's why the make that claim! They are set up for quantity not quality with there questionaires so that your case has to be a slam dunk or they wont even pursue it and its you the person applying for disability that has to prove it! Like your the professional or the disability lawyer.
Also any documents that you have to get from your doctor's if they tell you they cant help you! Then they shred it! So all your running around getting doctors statement's to back your claim up are gone ! And your back to having to get them all over again which means more running and appointments Which is one of the first things they ask for! Remember they want you who is already "disabled" to get "everything " to make it easy for them too take your money!
Allsup is a joke! DON'T DO IT! Remember I told you so! It wont take long to see what they are all about...
Do yourself a favor get a real attorney instead of a company dealing with mass quantity because they cherry pick!

My son used them and got dropped when the going got tough. The representative was rude and not helpful at all about what our next steps would be. Now have a local attorney looking at it. If you're ...under 50, or have a rare disease (Charcot-Marie-Tooth) don't look for them for help. Seem to only want the easy cases. My son had two strikes in his file, but the local attorney is willing to work with it and advise us of how to work with doctors etc. versus a phone call saying so long with no help of where to go next and what to do. I can't begin to express how much I appreciated Allsup during my journey to get Social Security Disability (SSDI). They explained everything from the beginning, they took care of all the paper work, ...and worked very hard so that I was approved for SSDI. Anyone from Allsup that I spoke to was kind, caring, understanding, very knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions or problems that I had.
The job I had when I had to go on disability was a Insurance company. We handled Workers' Compensation, short-term, and long-term disability for a major Health Organization. We actually used Allsup on our long-term disability claims. They would come into our office to get medical records and I always found them to be very nice and professional. I would recommend Allsup to anyone who is in need of SSDI!
