I had always heard about the quality of service and the wonderful staff at Alpine but I finally got to witness it myself today when I took a stray kitten in. Poor thing was in rough shape and personal...ly the worst I had ever seen.
I wasn't expecting a call back so soon, but within 10 minutes I had an appointment. I am so thankful for the staff and care my NEW furry friend received. They gave her the best "kitty make-over" and cleaned her up before we went home. She's on the path to a healthy and happy life because of Alpine! Thank you so much!

I have a beautiful Bichon Frise with many, many health problems. Not only does she receive outstanding veterinary care, everyone at both locations always show their concern and compassion. Dr. Gilbert... always take the time to explain in detail, and in terminology that I understand, what the problem is and the treatment plan. I highly recommend both locations! See More

Tried everything for my anxious cat from drops to treats and a collar. Started the process before the pup arrived. 4 months later took her to the vet since she will not even come downstairs and all th...ey said was to try the diffusers. Well, she still will not go downstairs and peed on me as I took her downstairs. I am a nurse and I understand and have researched. I used my knowledge to ask for anxiety meds as a last resort and she still wouldn't hear it. Waste of time and money. See More

Amazing staff, I've been taking my buddy radar there since he was 8 weeks old, and now that we have little lucy, there's no other place I would even think to take her.

Sadly, we announce that we had to say goodbye yesterday to Mr. Grey, our clinic cat at St. Francis. He came to us as a stray in 2004, with severe urinary issues and an attitude to match it. By the time his treatments were finished, he had melted the hearts of all the staff here at the clinic, and has been with us ever since.
Most clients knew him from his welcoming purrs at check in and his inspection of client's purses on check out. Many clients inquired at his whereabouts when he wasn't at the counter to greet them as his health was declining.. He will be missed by many......rest easy and go chase butterflies Mr. Grey. We love you very much!
