L.A. County staff will discuss fences, walls, and hedges as part of the Altadena Community Standards (CSD) Update and Compliance Implementation Program at two upcoming meetings:

Altadena Town Council - March 20, 7pm at the Altadena Community Center

ACONA - March 27, 2018 from 7-8:30 at the Altadena Community Center

Altadena Heritage shared a memory.

SIX YEARS AGO Altadena Heritage put on this wonderful workshop! We keep looking for program ideas from our members and the public, so if you have an idea, contact us!

We had a great garden workshop today organized by board members Vivien Fortunaso and Nancy Romero in Nancy's beautiful garden. Also about worms and their magical properties, and how to grow vegetables from seeds.

We will hoe weeds and spread mulch with friends from Altadena Heritage and Arroyos and Foothills Conservancy. Treats and coffee, what a nice way to spend Saturday morning, making Altadena more beautiful!
