Amador Polar Bears,

A quick reminder folks that Galt declarations (whether your swimmer is going or not) close tomorrow night (Wednesday, May 16, 2018). Go to, sign in, and declare or decline for the meet. All "undeclared" swimmers will be moved to declined that night. You will not be able to declare after that for the Galt meet. An issue that comes up every year is someone will show up for an away meet and be unable to swim because they did not declare to go. This cannot be fixed for dual meets. FYI.

Thank you

Starting to soak the rice and cinnamon for Aqua De Horchata! Don’t miss out on tomorrow’s fundraiser for our Polar Bears.

Some Polar Bears mentioned here, great job!!!

A pair of Amador High School swimmers came up golden at the 2018 Mother Lode League Championship meet.

Reminder that you must declare your swimmer for black and blue by the deadline, which is currently May 6th. They must also be be registered with NorCal ($15 seasonal fee the parent league charges) to be eligible to swim. If you've already done these things, disregard. If not, please get going on it. If you need any assistance feel free to message us here on FB or find a board member pool side at practice. All of this can be done from a smartphone. Go polar bears! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Hello Polar Bear Family!! Amanda Lopez here and I am looking for volunteers for the Black and Blue enchilada fundraiser!!

We will be hosting parent meetings on Monday 4/23 at 6:15 and Tuesday 4/24 at 5:45. Please be sure to attend one session. We will be discussing how to prepare for meets, upcoming events, and volunteer requirements. Volunteering is a requirement for each family and ensures efficient and successful meets.

We are excited for the season and look forward seeing you all at the pool.
