Not Now
If you were affected by the May 9 storms, come see Dr. John Call at the Multi Agency Resource Center today in Sulphur, Oklahoma.
Today's installs wouldn't be possible without the help of the Shawnee Fire Dept. Here is fire marshal David Anderson talking about the areas we are covering.
We are participating in Multi Agency Resource Centers in Bridge Creek and Oklahoma City. Both locations are offering emergency assistance to families with disaster related needs because of last week's tornadoes and flooding. #rcdar Bridge Creek and surrounding areas: Bridge Creek Elementary 2209 E. Sooner Blanchard, OK Oklahoma City/Norman and surrounding areas: Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 2440 SW 55th OKC Open 11am to 7pm.

This organization is a joke, and I can guarantee I will not be donating to this. I am preparing a write up for our local paper and will spread the word. This or...ganization does NOT help families in need, they tell you to wait for that insurance check, that you have told wouldn't get there until 3 or 4 days, and the family in need only asked for help with some clothes. Thanks for nothing Red Cross See More

The easiest way to help is to donate to the Red Cross so those affected can get what they need specific to their needs. Thanks!

The American vice president visits Ukraine and the next day his son is installed as the GM of Ukraine’s largest gas company.
Europe and Britain really should pay attention to how America is taking over the Ukraine by using multi national businesses companies and “family” take over.
There is no reason what so ever for the vice president of the United States of America’s son should be involves in the Ukraine crisis, considering the problem is the gas.
America will trash the gas industry, the same as it did the oil industry in both Iraq and Libya, and force Europe to but gas from America, same as it did with the oil.
The ARMED COUP in the Ukrainian by neo Nazi’s has turned even more violent and subversive in the last week by Ukraine cutting off the major river that feeds a massive part of the CRIMEA.
This is a river the size of the river Avon that has been totally blocked. No water for the farms for 20 miles each side of the river, drinking water is gone, irrigation, sewerage removal, natural wild life etc, to bring this into context, it would be like Bristol blocking the Avon canal, every city, town and village, every farm, water system and even fire hydrants is effected.
America will turn Ukraine into the same state as the uk, forever in debt to America, forever enemies with Russia, the half world at its neck with terrorist, democracy has not arrived in the Ukraine, but capitalism in its greediest has.
Europe and the UK risk war with Russia and whilst we are watching the Russians, American political “families” have taken over the Ukraine.
The Ukrainian armed coup by neo Nazi’s is being held in place with American business companies and families, the same thing happened with Hitler’s Germany.
America supports the Nazi’s in Europe; war comes to Europe, America “cash and carries” Europe into 50 years of debt, near the end of the war, and BRAVE America steps in to help her “SPECIAL ALLIES”.
When the war is over, America takes the spoils and the glory, Britain gets half a century of debts, the same scenario is being played out again.

More than half of the world’s refugees are children. It’s a staggering number, considering there are more people displaced from their homes now than at any othe...r point in recorded history. On #WorldRefugeeDay and every day, global Red Cross and Red Crescent teams are helping to meet families’ needs through aid such as food, water, shelter, medical care, and reconnecting families:

7:50 AM: Storm is slowly pushing out to the southeast. Hail, wind, and lightning are the primary threats.

Today on World Blood Donor Day, we honor the heroic blood and platelet donors who roll up a sleeve to help save lives. Niki celebrates those donors who were for her after a car accident 16 years ago. This year, she is hosting a virtual blood drive through SleevesUp that you can join to help ensure a sufficient blood supply is available for hospital patients in need. What (or who) inspires you to give?

Scattered thunderstorms will track across northeast Oklahoma early this morning with dry weather then prevailing through much of the day. Storm chances slightly late this afternoon and continue into the early morning hours on Thursday primarily for northeast Oklahoma and far northwest Arkansas. The weather pattern will remain unsettled Thursday through the weekend with daily thunderstorm chances. Conditions will support some risk of severe weather especially if larger storm complexes develop and move through the area.
