Betty Orr5starthis sight and Mike and the others involved do not mess around you will learn how to shoot or fight the right way.
...
earn the right way to fight no matter the circumstance. The info in AWS is awesome I read and watch something new every day because as a single 61 year woman I want and need to know this stuff. It is not all about handguns or rifles but about Mike Janichs way of teaching arts and skills to knock a gun or weapon out of someones hand what else to do to get away from someone and if you carry a weapon they all teach how to use it the right way and how to get the mind set to do all of these things. We cannot just say oh ya I know that and not prepare for it because it will not work that way. So take the free trial and see if learn about all the things I am learning about. They are right folks the fight is coming. Thankyou to all of you guys that have worked so hard at bringing this to us that want to learn all the ways to stay safe and free and protect the ones we love!!! See More
Edward A. Sanchez5starAn incrediblewealth of informatio n, excellentl y presented. That is one of Michael Seeklander 's great strengths. ..his ab...ility to present some pretty complicate d concepts and techniques in words and demonstrat ions that allow us common folk to pick up on them remarkably easy.
I can't think of another online resource that even touches AWS for the sheer quantity & quality of great training materials at very affordablerate.

Shooting under stress can be extremely difficult. Controlling recoil will give you the tactical advantage of keeping your rounds on target as you beat that trigger like it owes you money.
It's that time again. I'm putting together your tactical, shooting or self-defense related questions for Podcast #31. If you have a question please post it below, or email me at rich@americanwarriorsociety.com.

I ran into Ernest Langdon at the Wilson Combat booth yesterday. I had not seen him since 1992 when he was one of the instructors at HRP. If you haven't listened to our podcast with Ernest you really need to listen. He is a phenomenal guy and outstanding instructor.
We are at NRA today. I'd love to meet more AWS Members!
Made the cover of the IDPA's Tactical Journal.....cool! Who's at NRA? I'll be at Wilson Combat in 5 minutes!
30 years after Miami (Part One) By Rich Brown (Non-Member? Visit www.americanwarriorsociety.com for a free 72-hour membership) As I have noted before, when I attended the Marine Corps' High Risk Personnel Course, we spent most of the first day reviewing the lessons learned during the FBI’s April 11, 1986 shootout in Miami, Florida. Later on in my career, we studied the Miami gunfight at the Police Academy and I have read and re-read… [ 2196 more words. ]

Heading into the NRA Convention. No firearms though..... Secret Service is everywhere with Trump on deck.
I don't think you could, or perhaps 'should' make this commercial today.

If you’re going to be in Louisville Kentucky for the NRA show this weekend, please stop by and meet AWS Founders, Mike Seeklander and Rich Brown. (I don't believe Mike Janich, who is also in the picture, will be there but you can find his content on the AWS website). We will be at the Wilson Combat booth between 12pm-1pm Friday. We will also be at the Armscor booth Friday, 1-2 pm and Mike will be giving a firearm retention class (with Rich as his crash test dummy…) from 2-3 p...m on Friday, as well. Mike will also be doing a meet & greet signing from 3-3:30 at the Armscor booth on Friday. Saturday, May 21 you can find us at the Wilson Combat booth from 9-10 and from 10-11 am at the Armscor booth. From 11 am-12 pm, Mike will be teaching firearms retention at the Armscor booth and then 2-3 pm, Mike and the rest of Team Arsmcor will be signing autographs. If you are an AWS Member, we would really love to meet you! So please stop by and say hello!
