The Andrássy Gyula German-speaking University Budapest (AUB) is a young international university with a European focus in research and teaching. Founded in 2002 as a multinational joint project, AUB accompanies the European enlargement process. At the earliest possible date, the university hereby announces the position of the speaker of the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School (Staff position of the Rectorate College) full-time. Their tasks are u. a.: • Advising and supervising interested parties, doctoral students • Advising lecturers, supervisors and regular members of the doctoral school • Full administration of the doctoral program and its four sub-programs • Administration and coordination of the admission procedure and examination procedures • Administrative support for the management of the doctoral school • Coordination of scholarship related matters • Coordinating curriculum planning, scheduling • Update of the electronic study administration system (ETN) • Update of the homepage (regarding Information about PhD studies) • Update of www.doktori.hu and preparation of accreditation procedures • Support and coordination of doctoral school events Requirements profile: • Safe handling of MS Office products • Completed university studies (beginners are also welcome! ) • Good organizational ability • Very good Hungarian and German knowledge The advantages are: • Experience in university management and project coordination • English skills We offer you a varied, creative activity in an international environment.
