Excellent news in the April jobs report! The unemployment rate has fallen to 3.9% - it's lowest level since 2000. The America First agenda is helping American workers succeed.

Unemployment in the U.S. has fallen to one of the lowest levels of the post-World War II era, the result of a historically long jobs expansion that shows little evidence of slowing.

The Balanced Budget Amendment would have been a common-sense addition to our Constitution. Considering the fact that the government has saddled future generations with a $20 trillion national debt, balancing our budget is a critical principle to get our nation’s finances in order. Now we should consider President Trump’s idea to cut some of the overspending in the latest Omnibus bill through rescissions.

Congratulations to Maryland’s First Lady, Yumi Hogan, on her appointment to the General Richard G. Stilwell Korean War Veterans Memorial Foundation!
