Arrived in Bangor this evening– the house we're staying in has a basketball hoop, a drum set, two cats, and two old school pac man games, which equals happiness for 12 year old Gabe. And we "robbed" Lissa Schneckenburger's mom's garden for some fresh greens earlier today during our pit stop, which equals awesome grub for everyone for supper! Thank you Lissa's mom
This just in: Annalivia will open for Eileen Ivers on July 13 at Schenectady's outdoor concerts in the park! This will kick off a nice little New England summer tour which includes appearances in Framingham, New Haven, Montague, Earlville, ...Providence, and a few gigs in Maine. So as many of you know, Bronwyn Keith-Hynes has left Annalivia to focus on other pursuits– we wish her well– she is a young musician with much talent and promise! Meanwhile, we have sailed through the first part of 2014 with some fine subst...itute fiddlers and some duo touring– it has been fun.
But now, we are thrilled to announce that we will be continuing the trio model with the fabulous Lissa Schneckenburger on fiddle and vocals! We are so totally psyched to collaborate with Lissa musically in this format– she is an old friend and a seasoned musician and working with her is a dream. We are looking forward to debuting the new lineup on Prince Edward Island at the Small Halls festival next month!! Meer weergeven
