Been busy the last few days. Here is the update you all have been looking for: all orders that have paid via PayPal have now shipped (through current orders) ! We have about 300 credit card orders that we still need to run and pack up. Those should ALL be out very shortly. If we have an issue with running your cc you will get a message from us. Every one with money being held is now shipped though!

Just finished packing up all of the aug/ sept orders. We are now printing all of the labels en masse. They will be all out over the next few shipping days.

We are out of town today. We will get to all questions/ pm's when we get back in tomorrow! Just letting everyone know!

If you have a june/ july BLW order and did not get tracking yet, please send us a message and we will get you looked up!

Just a quick update: We missed the post office by about 5 minutes yesterday. We have the remaining June/ July orders packed and ready for shipment. They are all going out on Monday. Everyone still waiting from that block will get their tracking emails once they get scanned into the USPS system.

We are working today to get ahead of the other orders due to be shipped next and will reply back to all of your questions/ concerns/ messages/ and emails later on today.

For those of you wondering, we HAVE resumed shipping the BLW.

Update for the BLW: Connectors arrived and we dropped them off for assembly! We should have them back and be ready to start shipping any day now. We were a little hung up by holiday scheduling at the manufacturing plant. Still proud to have our products made in the USA!

Hi everyone! It's been a little while since we posted, but we have an announcement!

We have reengineered the connector for the BLW. Some of the KS reviews have noted that the connector was too tight. We have since fixed that issue with a new and improved BLW.

Here is what this means for the website orders: We have to halt shipping the site orders for a couple of weeks while we wait for the new connectors to come off the production line. That way you will all get a better pr...oduct at the end of the day.

If you have already received your BLW, we will have an exchange program available for the connectors. You will mail us your connector and we will mail you back the new version free of charge.

We want to ensure that everyone gets the best product that we can give you! Thanks again for all of your support!
