The top-5 reasons: Lady Bird, Old Sacramento, farm-to-fork Restaurants, mid-town dining scene and the American River Parkway (ARP). No mention of a basketball arena. Ironic that Sacramento will loan money from its "risk management fund" to the Kings. "The city will loan the Kings around $12 million from its risk management fund to cover permits and fees that the team has to pay before construction begins."
