Thoroughly enjoy a visit to ArtEC, always captivating artwork on show as well as diverse programs which are held through the year. Great staff contingency and some awesome up and coming artists and co...llective's which feature from time to time.

The 4 Blind Mice collective stands out especially for me, the talented crew of 5 recently held their exhibition at the gallery with much success. The diverse artist style's within the group fascinate me, each with an intrinsic design and feature, which truly showcases their individual talents. Harnessed together, these gents will soon be leading the way in the industry along with their individual alias'.

Many thanks for the exhibition - I'm going to be harsh .... It was boring! Please let me explain. EPSAC is a society, it has a history of very fine works. It also has a legacy of very pedestrian on...es. Those fine pieces have stood on the shoulders of the pedestrian ones - why can we not see them too?
Art is an expression. When collected in a society it becomes a conversation. I couldn't discern a conversation at the current exhibition... I tried, but I couldn't hear it - maybe next time ... I'm looking forward to it!

An exhibition that is designed to actively promote our thoughts about the social issues of crime, justice, culture or tradition, poverty and community-building etc, through the arts and the vision to find respect, love, peace and beauty among us and others in our communities, proposing concrete solutions to change our society in a positive way.
The exhibition will prompt audiences to consider and deliberate some complex, multi-faceted and sensitive themes, aiming to form a bond with other artists as we are going to be joined by artists from Grahamstown, Alice, King Williams Town and East London.
