When I got started collecting I knew basically nothing about coins so I "cold called" 3 companies advertising on the Internet just looking for information but got nothing but high pressure to "buy, bu...y, buy, buy". Then when I called ARC and spoke with "Seth" he spent a solid 2 hours on the phone with me providing a mini-course in all the different aspects and strategies of/for collecting...and never once asked me to buy anything. Nothing. No pressure. Just provided what I was looking for; some education. Shortly thereafter we chatted some more and when Seth understood my collecting/investing goals, I started purchasing with guidance from him on how to achieve my goals. This is a great company to work with and 100% reliable over last 3 years that I've bought from them. Always ship coins on time and when promised. My dealer, Seth, is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He's taught me a great deal about all sorts of coins (I'm a novice) and he has structured a balanced portfolio that continues to grow under his expert guidance. Give these guyz a chance to work for you.

How to purchase Proof Gold and Proof Silver American Eagle Coins -
http://proofeagles.com/index.html

There are two ways you can own Proof Gold American Eagle coinage. The first way is as issued by the U.S. Mint in original government packaging, or sealed in a capsule to protect its fine detail. Each capsule is housed in a velvet display booklet along with certificates of authenticity, which is then packaged in an original US mint box.

...

The other way to own Proof Gold is to acquire the coins in holders and graded by PCGS or NGC, the top grading corporations in the business. In this case, the coins are typically graded in Near Perfect Proof 69 or Perfect Proof 70 condition. Before release every coin has been carefully inspected, certified, and graded to ensure you’re getting the absolute highest quality possible.
