1) Slow Way Down ~ Constructive Rest is just one simple tool for slowing down. Taking afternoon naps is another. Spend 10-20 minutes a day simply resting in open attention to notice what is really going ...on for you within the core of your being.

2) Center Your Pelvis ~ Your Psoas can only be happy and free when your pelvis is centered and balanced. Give yourself daily support by consistently sitting on top and slightly in front of your tuberosities/sits bones (no excuses!).

3) Play Till Your Heart's Content ~ What brings you delcious pleasure? Every morning this summer, when your eyes open, place your hands on your heart and feel into what ligthens your heart ~ move from that place...
