Purchased a Century Deep Cycle Battery from BCF Mount Barker last boxing day, which... turned out faulty on my first time using it which I understand
Returned the battery to Modbury store on 16th Feb as it was closest at this time, never heard anything from them. I called back on the 3rd of April, Assistant Manager arranged for the Century rep to apparently
It's now a further 9 days on-top of the original 47 days since dropping my battery off with them and not heard a thing.
I've been on 3 trips away since then and had to fork out the money for a new battery to run my power set-up.
Highly recommend visiting her and her team at BCF awesome store and service with a smile
