A WONDERFUL FORENSICS ALUMNI VISIT
We were honored by a visit from the Yeager Family during homecoming festivities this week. Pam Yeager Maloney (BGSU '67) and Robert Yeager are not only alumni of the BGSU Falcon Forensics & Debate Team, but are the daughter and son of Dr. Ray Yeager "The DOC FATHER", one of the founding coaches of our team for 30 years, and both a PKD and NFA hall of fame award recipient. They shared many wonderful stories, including the work the team did in bringing President's John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon to our campus! The Yeager Foundation account was set up to honor the DOCFATHER and his love for forensics and to help support the team for the future. A huge "Thank You" to Pam for her generous $1,000.00 donation this week in memory of her father!

Mother and daughter Diana and Olivia Paredes graduated from Bowling Green State University May 6 with bachelor’s degrees in communication. They chose their degrees for different reasons, but agree that graduate school might be the next step for each of them.

S/O to all of the communication students who were featured in The Blade's BGSU graduation photo gallery, including Deante Shivers, Ryan Chernick & Mariah Burkhart, (great mortar board messages!), & Katie Webb and Drew Ashly-King (hint: we love Freddie & Frieda Falcon's cool shoes!).

Also, s/o to Inglish Reed's loved ones who were photographed cheering for her as she walked across the graduation ceremony's stage.
