Final reminder: Deadline for 2020 Hoffa scholarship program is March 2
BLET members and their eligible dependents are reminded that March 2 is the deadline to submit applications for the 2020 James R. Hoffa Memorial Scholarship Fund.
The program offers college and vocational scholarships for the sons, daughters and financial dependents of Teamsters. Scholarships range from $1,000 to $10,000 for academic scholarships for high school students planning to attend a four-year col...lege or university. There are also $500 to $2,000 vocational/training program scholarships available for those planning to attend a trade or vocational school or community college. (The children or financial dependents of full-time local union officers or full-time staff of local unions are ineligible.)
