BUSSW was a superior education that taught me how to learn on a deep level, how to care, how to help others and how to engage in a productive and satisfying career as part of a fulfilling whole-istic life.

apparently Boston University School of Social Work cares more about not "alienating" racists and white supremacists than it cares about standing in support of marginalized students

NEVER EVER CALL this place forget about enrolling in any of their programs. I called their admissions office today, the 28th of April, around 4:00 pm. A VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT lady named Barbara ans...wered my call. BU School of WW Online, if you care enough for students to enroll in your program, GET RID OF NASTY people like Barbara who have no courtesy not any etiquette to speak with prospective clients. Throughout the who conversation she was very rude. When I asked her about the duration of MSW at your university, she said that it was 3 years. When I mentioned to her that my local university offers this course for 2 years, she said okay good luck to you with your local university!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not want to give even 1 star to your university but has no choice in order to leave my review. See More

"As overdose increases in prevalence and leads as a cause of accidental death, and more individuals meet the criteria for an SUD diagnosis, the reliance on the ...12 Steps as an accepted standard in treatment facilities and programs should be reevaluated, as other promising treatment and recovery support models generate empirically validated outcomes and success in treating SUDs."

Today BUSSW joined Women’s March Youth EMPOWER by coordinating a walkout to protest Congress’ inaction & urge Congress to do more than tweet thoughts and prayers in response to the gun violence plaguing our communities. BUSSW students and faculty support students nationwide who say #ENOUGH.

NASW supports student walkouts across the nation in support of sensible gun laws and the end of gun violence and mass shootings. Please read our previous statement commending this youth movement:

Students across the country are walking out of school and holding a 17-minute moment of silence on the one-month anniversary of the Parkland school shooting in Florida. Follow here for the latest.
